Seven weeks. Seven deliverables. One clear narrative built around your idea — and a foundation strong enough to take to partners and the people you serve.
We pressure-test the idea: who is it really for, what specific problem does it solve, and where does it sit in the landscape? You leave with crisp language for your population, problem, and solution — the foundation everything else rests on.
Before you build anything, we design how you'll prove it. We lay out the hypotheses behind your concept, the experiments that test them, and the early signals that tell you you're onto something — the kind of rigorous thinking pre-seed funders look for.
How does it actually work as a business? We map the value flows and the economic engine behind the idea — who pays, for what, and why it holds together. No copying templates from someone else's company.
We expand the model into a real funding picture: earned revenue, grants, philanthropic, and investor capital — which mix fits your venture, and what each stream demands of you. Diversified, realistic, and built for the way mission-driven ventures actually get funded.
Refining the name, tagline, visual direction, and the messaging that makes funders nod and your community lean in. Not a full design system — the strategic layer that makes one possible.
A 12–15 slide deck that tells the story funders need to hear: problem, solution, model, traction, team, ask. We build it, then sharpen it — anticipating the hard questions and tightening the narrative until it's ready for the room.
A foundation is only as strong as the rooms you can get into. We map your stakeholders, identify target organizations, and build a warm-intro strategy — so you leave with a deck and a concrete plan for who to put it in front of.

30 minutes, no cost. We talk about your idea, what's missing, and whether the sprint is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you.

Weekly 60-minute 1:1s, async feedback in 48 hours, deliverables you own.

With editable files, a clear narrative, and the structure to keep moving. Optional retainer if you want me in your corner past launch.
Undivided Ppull
Got questions? Good. First-time founders should know exactly what they're signing up for before they commit. Here's what I get asked most — answered straight.
It's a structured sprint with a defined timeline and deliverables. You'll know exactly what you're working on each week — no meandering sessions.
The sprint is priced between $997 and $1,497. There are three tiers: a Community Rate of $997 for founders from nonprofits or social enterprises; a Standard Rate of $1,297 for independent or bootstrapped founders; and an Investor-Ready Rate of $1,497 for founders who already have funding, revenue, or institutional backing behind them.
This sprint is focused on getting your business validated and launched. Investor matchmaking and fundraising are outside the scope.
Legal entity work is yours to file separately. I can point you in the right direction, but it's not part of the sprint.
Early-stage only. If you're already post-launch and looking to scale or grow, this isn't the right fit.
Zero to Launched is built for first-time founders — not corporate innovation teams or enterprise clients.
The sprint framework is built on lived founder experience, not theory. Every deliverable is practical and designed to move you forward, not fill a notebook.
